Production Logistics Needs

To support our upcoming production efficiently and help manage the budget, here are a few key items we need to arrange:

1. Mobile Units

  • 2 mobile homes — to be used for:

    • Makeup and wardrobe

    • Restrooms (especially in locations without existing facilities)

    • Office space for the above-the-line team

2. Transportation

  • Transportation Captain to:

    • Arrange pick-ups and drop-offs for team members from the airport

    • Organize daily transportation to and from set

  • Preferred Option: If a church van or similar vehicle is available, it would allow us to transport the entire crew together.

    •  Saves parking space at location

    •  Eases congestion

    •  Keeps the team coordinated

3. Meals & Craft Services

  • Lunch: Light sandwiches, salads, simple meals

  • Dinner: Hot plates (home-cooked or catered)

  • Snacks: A craft table with water, soda, Powerade, and light snacks should be kept available throughout the day.

  • We can request meal donations or discounts from local restaurants such as Chick-fil-A and others.

  • Ideally, we can have someone assigned to cook or prepare meals, which may be more cost-effective and easier to manage on set.
